Building a Home for Health
Our 13,000-square-foot Community Health & Wellness Center will serve as a permanent hub for primary care, maternal health, pediatric services, diagnostics, pharmacy support, nutrition programs, and care navigation. Paired with our Tele Volunteer Health Initiative — connecting qualified healthcare professionals with communities through education, wellness support, and referrals — this center creates a sustainable model that extends healthcare access far beyond its walls.
